Privacy Policy

Last updated: 09/07/2026

Seven Twenty One Ministries (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through seventwentyone.org, why, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you sign up for updates, submit a volunteer or church-partnership form, or contact us, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, city, and message.
  • Donation information. Donations are processed by our third-party provider, Zeffy. We receive donor name, contact details, and gift amount from Zeffy; we do not collect or store your full payment card number.
  • Website analytics. We may use analytics tools that collect standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site — to understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

  • To send you the updates you asked for and to respond to your messages.
  • To coordinate volunteering, church partnerships, and room sponsorships.
  • To process and acknowledge donations and issue receipts.
  • To maintain and improve the website.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our email/newsletter platform, our donation processor (Zeffy), and our website host and analytics provider — and only as needed for them to perform that service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

This site may use cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how some parts of the site work.

Your choices

  • Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

Children

This website is directed to adults — donors, volunteers, and family caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
