Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our work, contact us, volunteer, or donate. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or data you’re not authorized to.

Information on the Site

The Site describes plans that are still in development, including a target opening of Summer/Fall 2027, a proposed building, and future programs. These plans may change. Descriptions, timelines, floor plans, and campaign figures are provided in good faith but are not guarantees.

Donations

Donations are processed by our third-party provider, Zeffy, subject to its own terms. Gifts support Seven Twenty One Ministries’ charitable purposes; unless a gift is designated and we agree to that designation in writing, we may apply funds where the need is greatest. Donations are generally non-refundable — contact us promptly if you believe there’s been an error.

Forms and submissions

When you submit a form, you’re responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. Don’t submit anyone else’s personal information without their permission. We handle submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Seven Twenty One name, logo, and Site content are owned by Seven Twenty One Ministries or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Some photographs are licensed stock images used for illustration.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites (for example, Zeffy, YouTube, and social media). We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Twenty One Ministries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
